LinkedIn recently released a survey report predicting that in 2026, the most in-demand positions in Brazil will be in technical fields, especially in areas such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), process security, reliability, and data analysis.

According to a report by the Brazilian website "valorglobo" on January 7th, the survey analyzed millions of job postings on the LinkedIn platform from January 2023 to July 2025 to calculate the growth rate of demand for each position. In the list of positions in demand outlined in the report, Artificial Intelligence Engineers topped the chart.

The report also highlighted that strategic positions related to financial planning, strategic planning, business management, and new business development will also be among the hottest positions in Brazil in 2026.

Furthermore, according to the forecast data, there will be a significant demand for positions in the healthcare, energy, logistics, manufacturing, agriculture, and infrastructure sectors in Brazil in 2026.

According to the list of in-demand positions, Nursing Technicians in the healthcare industry ranked second, and Financial Planners in the finance industry ranked third. Other positions in the top ten include Regulatory Affairs Consultants, Geophysicists, Security Engineers, Account Managers, Agricultural Scientists, Investment Advisors, and Reliability Engineers.
