Recently, COSCO Shipping and Xiaomi launched a mobile phone warehouse project in the PANAPARK Free Trade Zone in Panama. With both parties present as witnesses, the first batch of Xiaomi smartphones has been successfully stored and shelved, marking a new phase in their cooperation in the Americas region.

In the future, this mobile phone warehouse will serve as a key distribution center for Xiaomi in the Central and South American markets, primarily responsible for core tasks such as storage, sorting, packaging, labeling, and air freight distribution of mobile phone products. Once operational, the project will significantly enhance supply chain efficiency, ensuring that Xiaomi smartphones reach various markets more quickly.

Since 2021, COSCO Shipping and Xiaomi have been expanding their overseas warehouse business in Panama, winning high recognition from the Xiaomi team through comprehensive customized services, driving deeper cooperation and steady business growth.

The establishment of this mobile phone warehouse project lays a solid foundation for the deep cooperation between the two parties in the Americas region.
