Embraer, the Brazilian aviation industry company, achieved a historic high quarterly order total of $31.3 billion in the third quarter of 2025, a 37.9% increase from the same period last year ($22.7 billion). This accomplishment was driven by outstanding performances in the commercial aviation, executive aviation, defense, and services sectors. During this quarter, the company delivered a total of 62 aircraft, a 5% increase from 59 aircraft in 2024 and slightly higher than the 61 aircraft delivered in the second quarter of 2025.

In the first nine months, the commercial aviation and executive aviation sectors collectively delivered 148 aircraft, representing a 16% year-over-year increase.

The commercial aviation sector achieved a record order total of $15.2 billion in the third quarter of this year, the highest level since 2016, with a 37% year-over-year increase and a 16% increase from the previous quarter. Embraer secured orders from Avelo Airlines for the purchase of 50 E195-E2 regional jets and from Latam Airlines for the procurement of 24 E195-E2 regional jets.

The executive aviation sector saw a quarterly order total of $7.3 billion, a 65% year-over-year increase. In this quarter, 41 executive jets were delivered, totaling 102 deliveries for the year, reaching 68% of the annual target.

The defense and security sector received purchase orders totaling $3.9 billion in this quarter, an 8% increase from the same period last year. Embraer delivered a KC-390 Millennium military transport aircraft to the Portuguese Air Force, which has been gaining recognition in various European countries and has been procured by multiple nations. The KC-390 competes with Lockheed Martin's C-130J Super Hercules transport aircraft. Additionally, Embraer signed a contract with Panama to deliver A-29 Super Tucano light attack aircraft to its National Naval Air Service. Furthermore, adjustments to contracts with the Brazilian Air Force will enhance delivery capabilities in the international market.
